Manual Lathe Nardini 300 II - $2,500 (Surrey)

A fellow on the HM board bought a big Nardini and is doing/has done a full resto on it. Absolutely amazing machine.
 
Lots of red flags on this one, for me. “Bought at auction, never hooked up. There could be a lot of issues.
I don’t have 3 phase power. Anybody have any idea what it would cost to get from 240V1ph to 550V3ph in this size (approx 8.5 kW)?
If a person could get it running (electric), and it was in good working order, it’d sure be a nice machine!
 
I cannot view the listing. If you like the hobby of refirbing machines this is a steal. Might be a project machine, though. A fully working Nardini is a great lathe to use (so I have heard).
