A lot of stuff in that tool box is parts of other tools. Such as that steady and follow are for "some small lathe", as well as jaws for a chuck or top part of V-blocks.

Other than few tool holders, some HSS and calipers I do not see that much useful stuff. OK, maybe these shop made scissor knurling attachments.
