Gonna say, the 'value' on a tool like this, is in the Certifications it likely does not have. If it had current Certs, it 'might' be worth pursuing.

Outside of the "Certified" envelope, it's just scrap value. Unless you have an actual need for it. And are willing to pay for a re-Certification.
