This is an oldie - predates Leblond 13" lathes being 100% built by Standard Modern in Guelph (when it was located there)...

Standard-Modern made Leblond regal lathe’s?
From sometime in the 1960s, SM built all the LeBlond offerings below the 15" Regal. At some point, Leblond began using a headstock made in the US instead of SM, but all the other parts were made in Ontario. SM still stocks parts for these lathes, though I'm not sure they make many new lathes in Ontario any more.
