Looks like a decent enough deal.
 
Been there, done that. The milling head is mostly useless, wasn’t useable until I removed it from the lathe bed and got a proper milling base and table.
 
Sure, but even just the lathe on stand would be a decent buy at $2k if it's in good shape and has all the pieces. The mill head is just an extra bonus for light duty milling.
