That price will be taking a dive4 soon enough.

It's a nice saw, but it's being stored outside. And who is going to pay 15 grand for a saw that is being stored outside? It is screaming at someone to make a 4 digit offer.
 
They should put it on auction - they get actual value. Problem is saw is big and thus specialized. It may have issues with electrical components etc. I have no clue what it is worth, but I am feeling its way less than 15000 - maybe closer to 5000 or less.
