It is the last-generation-but-one D676, the predecessor to the DX6. A great vice. He is asking top resale price for a top condition vise.
 
His price is touch high - vise has lots of wear on the label so its not in like new condition. OTOH he is expecting pp to offer him less - so starting price is high with his target of around 450.
