Appears to have the taller optional column on it, for more headspace between the table and the tool.

Spoke with a dealership sales guy at Thomas Skinner and Sons, in Edmonton, he said they sold a lot of this style mill/drill to shops that just wanted them for drill presses, as there was precious little out there in decent and affordable options. Also said they will not entertain bringing in any without the taller column on them.
