Not without a factory vise. These machines are the same as Elliots shapers. There are several grades and options for each model. They range from 10” to 24”.
 
Well, you can get on auction some old school 8 - 12" vises for not a lot of $$$. Certainly no more then about 300 - these are not precision vises. A shaper vise is usually quite wider then a milling vise, not a Kurt type and usually the screw goes all they way through vise body. Also screws are all acme - this should not be a big deal as I never saw non acme on a non Kurt.

My 13" has a vise similar in size to a 6" standard vise (it is original one for the shaper), with about 6" or so opening. I purchased recently vise that is similar (but milling) in size for just $50.

Of course one could argue that they need a huge shaper vise that fills the whole table - then again if people get away with 12" vise on a 28" shaper maybe it is asking just for too much. Here have some pics of shaper vises:
