That ain't what I see..... Nor did I see it when I created a new account??????
It isn't what I see on my own account either.
I recently renewed my premium account so I don't see the 60$ option on my own account.
I'd suggest you just wait till your account expires and then try it.

The $60/year option appeared once I let my previous $60/year membership expire. So now we know.
