It is supposed to have 6 feet. But I'd make sure the feet are included if I was going to try to negotiate a better price.....

The gunsmith version has D1-5 spindle & bit bigger bore for its size if that counts. Looks like basic tooling. Probably no taper attachment. Maybe a small plus in favor is Grizzly parts availability. You don't see those lathes in Kanuckistan often.
