I wonder if BB can get the round ones in they don’t come up with the search unless I’m confusing it with “ round gauge blocks “
 
There are round gauge blocks, all of which are approx 3/4" in diameter. In the dim past they were called something like 'setup blocks'.. They fit in the round trough of the front side of a Bridgeport style mill for setting up work. Sort of a mechanical DRO. You used test indicators to locate yourself with the work that way.

They usually come in a n approximate 30+ block set.
