Geez, I want that guy's shop space.

Last time I saw a shop with that much empty floor, the floor had just been poured and power floated! LOL!

That looks like not to bad a buy to get 3 axis capability. You will learn really fast, to put your long cutters in short holders, and to try to have all of them pretty close to the same end length, to make best use of the Z axis travel, but a fella could do a heck of a lot with that!
