Elgin lathe with lots of collets

Here' one I'd probably pick up, assuming it looked good on inspection.... if I wasn't jammed to rafters with 18 other lathes or so.

It wouldn't be my first lathe as it can't thread, but a high quality instrument lathe with lots of collets is a treat to have around.

I've never seen this model of lathe before but it makes me think of the Hardinge lathes.
