No functional tail stock
 
Looks sketchy but you can’t tell really without looking at it in person. Kinda looks like someone started stripping paint on it.
 
Ya half stripped looks worse than a crappy paint job. Colchesters have a bunch of bondo all over from the factory so it wouldnt be a fun task taking it to bare metal. That and the missing tailstock barrel and i wouldnt touch this with a ten foot pole
