Looks like a vertical mill to me. Nice that there is easy access for the purchaser to inspect it!

It is a vertical mill. It is disassembled. Why?

Guy selling it doesn't know what it is.

Prolly not a 5k machine.

No idea what it's history is. This is one you have to go and look and bring stats with you. Betting it can be had for someplace around 3k if everything looks good. Less if not. My biggest concern from the photos is the motor and the motor screen. That looks mickey mouse. Suggests a colourful history.

Only one picture... total mystery. Definitely not $5000 machine especially in ON. Unless I am missing something - maybe b/c its only 1 picture.
