That mill has been listed for a long time, at least a year, same with the other machines they are selling (tool grinder, valve grinder). Not sure what the deal is, seems odd that is still listed.

My first thought was "how hard would it be to convert that to a fully manual machine?"

imo the price is rather optimistic. They are great machines but the electronics are old and fussy. Rather than convert a manual machine to cnc, grab one these (for a reasonable price) and modernize it. That's what I'm in the (protracted) process of doing....all old electronics ripped off and a conversion to modern AC servos.
