I fully agree with David-R8 however taking a good look at the table I'm certain it's an LC-15 A model.

The chuck appears smallish to what generally came with the mill.

Wow, price is excellent! Even if it has issues at that price point it may as well be free.

But it could be a scam. Note the image is used elsewhere... also it has been up at that price range for whole 5 days? No other pictures?

Check it out through - it could be a deal!

What's the difference between the LC30 and LC15? The PDF you posted didn't appear to explain that.
 
I contacted the seller asking for some details (table size, motor size, weigh etc.) Is there anything else I should ask to nail the size/condition down?

I can't remember how this Kijiji thing works, I've only used it once before and that was a good 3 years ago. Does the sellers response come to my email account?

Yes kijiji will send you his email with the email address anonymized. Alternatively if you have kijiji account it will show up in your messages.

My Apple email puts all the kijiji responses in my junk folder.

YYC if you want to nail the size, find out the OD of the column. I have a RF-30, the column is 4.500", I believe that is unique to the RF-30.
