Anyone currently using a Touch DRO near Calgary?

I'm still in the info phase, but wanting to have a look at a working Touch system, and learn from your experience. This is typical for me - if I don't know where to start I seek expert advice, or at least skilled experiences. It helps me avoid making mistakes when they can be avoided.

Note: I have installed several conventional DROs and repaired and configured some for industry. So DROs that contain components from a single source doesn't phase me at all. It is this free-form, 'supply stuff yourself' that has me uneasy.

I took EE in University, and am not a novice there either. but I've fallen behind in Android, and am just a user of Bluetooth and WIFI...

Anyone game? I'm in North Calgary, and will travel. I can even bring Timmies.

At the moment, I want to hear a real world implementation experience from zero to fully working, and any hiccups along the way.
As someone with a healthy fear of anything electronic, my TouchDRO experience was completely painless. I bought the Do-it-yourself DRO kit (3D printed case but fully built board) All I had to do was assemble the DB9 connectors according to the pinout of my DRO scales.
Took me maybe 30 mins to assemble the DB9 connectors and put it all in the case.
I use a $50 Amazon Fire table from Marketplace for display. Bluetooth connects every time, no issues ever.
Calibration was a snap.
I am a huge fan as I have two implementations. One on the mill which I'll likely sell once the CNC conversion is done. The other will go on the lathe.

Now that the Samsung Bluetooth issue is resolved, I can't really imagine it would be any different from any other DRO John. Maybe if you get the kit, there might be a few more hiccups, but as I understand it, Yuriy is moving away from kits.

I have one on my mill and one on my lathe. I bought the first one fully assembled and the second one was a kit with a bunch of soldering to PCB boards. Was kinda fun putting it together. On the lathe I have one magnetic scale and one glass scale. You have to do some calibration once it is installed but even that is straight forward.
