Could almost take the table completely off and soak in an evaporust bath for a couple days before carefully scotchbrite-ing it.

Certainly way better deal then round ram in a basement in Calgary for 5000 
Needs inspection. Depending on how badly worn out it can be a good deal.
Notice the table, as per pictures, is very rusty, but does not show any clear signs of abuse - such as drilling into the table, hammer marks, missing pieces of casting etc. It feels like some *unwise* person left a BP in full working order out to the elements & it simply needs some cleaning to be done.
