American Lathe Model 729 - $4,000 (Burnaby Lake)

for almost 11,000 USD - identical pictures. 14500 CAD

Cannot find much more info about the model. The 60amp at 600v seems like a typo. That would be 75hp. I am thinking of 6 amps and 7.5hp.

I’m interested in it,but that power requirement is a deal breaker. I’m thinking 10 hp,600 volts, 60 hz 15 amps

You can always change motor on it to 240v 3ph or even 1ph. For 3ph it is cheap. 10hp would be more like 8 or 9 amps at 600v. It probably has between 5hp to 10hp motor in it - standard for its size.
