A hydraulic chuck transfer plate was repaired(2023.02.16)

a smile

Lifelong hobby - cold iron
Bought an 8 "chuck, with a transfer plate, but not suitable for my lathe installation, very unwilling to give up, so to modify the use.

The root of my lathe is D6, and the basic size of the disc measured is basically the same as that of D6:106.375/133.4/7.125.

According to the size of D6, hole drilling, reaming

Then make some of your own

If you don't need it, please don't throw it away, I will reuse it!

Very well done.

Can you show us some of your machines…

I see you have a Deckel milling machine. Is it a MAHO?

What lathe do you have?

Nice lathe! I'd guess a Colchester Master? 16"? The speed change coloured dial looks familiar...
