I paid 2150 for mine and it was like new, only a minor repair needed.
I heard of someone locally who tried to sell their house for 50k years ago, and nobody would look. They got a real estate agent and they cranked the price to something like 150k and it sold right away. Some people really don't know what stuff is worth.
