It really does look lightly used. Might be a good deal.

It is what lathes of this form factor are going for. Ont, Sask, and BC - in the past 3 years I've seen 4 like this and older going for over 3K$. It has the big 4J and the little 3J, with the dial QCGB, so it is after 2003 or 2004. The guy prolly paid over 4K for it.
