Wow indeed. Notice that the ones @combustable herbage linked to are "DrillPro" brand (like on AliExpress) and sold/shipped by "Mingyang". I guess this is Walmart's equivalent of Amazon Marketplace.

This one is my favorite the main picture is of 3 empty boxes and and 2 wrenches and its only for 10 inserts its only once you open it do you see pictures of the inserts but I guess their trick worked they got me to look.
