Lathe seems to come well equipped, however, at $3900 I would like to see the taper attachment, Follow/Steady rest etc. It is an older model as indicated by the set screws to tighten the compound gibb. I am also sure they did not make a 10 x 36 and the measurements given indicate a 4 foot long unit. That lines up with a 10 x 20" lathe

The manual for the 12x30 makes a couple of references to a 10x20 in the foot print layout and the parts lists but I didn't see any mentions of a 12x36 anywhere.
Depending on condition it does seem a bit pricey but in today's market,,,,,, maybe not.

It looks like there is only about 6” of travel behind the tailstock.
