This is a really old QCGB that has one lever in front and the one on top

nope, not missing. Old 1930s IIRC

Yup, it's a single tumbler, there's a three way lever on the top of the box and a knob on the end of the gear train that you push in and out to get all of the available feeds. I have the same one on my 1929 13" South Bend...
