LOL, YPO requires you to work with a minimum of 16 members haha, I don't get along with that many individuals in 1 room for any length of time.... What's wacky tobacky? Will that stuff fit into a twin juicy jay, blueberry-cotton candy paper rocket ?

ER collets have a significant place in machining as many here know, some guys here also know what the limitations are when using more aggressive endmills with them.

If your noticing vibration at 3700RPM with a side lock holder, then I would indicate the holder, but it really sounds to me like you have other issues if that's the case... On a side note, I certainly wouldn't use anything but shrink fit on a multi axis mill for many, many reasons... No ER...

Tool Tooling up a milling machine

Although, we would just make up a 2flt on the decal, use a larger diameter blank, neck the shank back...

    3D Scanning large Boats

It was that dam 3 button mouse I hated when using Cimitron back in 1997 or so. Anyone remember? Maybe they have changed that since... Certainly was the best software for surfacing at the time thou.

    3D Scanning large Boats

Put-r-ther! Some seen it coming, the general population has been out of touch. I hope the old/new bird flu doesn't get us next haha. You know what direction to start peddlin' in, if need be, which is half the battle. I'm sure you will find that opportunity if/when the time comes. Jus'...
