I found today that I should have disassembled my gear cutter holder before putting it away last time. I went to pull it off today and the oil/coolant was dried on so much that it took solvent and bit of work to get the spacer ring free. Now I know.

Hmm could explain my slitting saw arbour from Busy Bee used once and doesn’t separate.
