So I got these on auction as part of a lot. The handles come apart. There are some small parts there. Same for upper part, it moves. Heavy at around 4lbs each.
On the two on the right, does the center pin extend (thread out) when you turn the handle?
Might be some type of removal tool. Bicycles have a crank arm tool you thread into the crank arm. Then turn a threaded pin into it to push the crank arm off.
The center pin does move but it does not move with any ease - more like you can hammer it in. No ability to move it with a threaded handle.
Could be a timing belt remover or something like that - but it has seemingly useless handle mechanism - i.e. no clue what it does - does not move anything.
