... no mention of change gears.... And pretty skinny on tools. Although, the "lightning rod shifter" looks pretty cool, so it's got that going for it.

I have one of these but with a qcgb. It is my keeper. Love the spindle speed change on the fly (6 speeds with a two speed motor without changing any drive belts).
