Yeah I have one that is vertical either shop made or factory - not sure. Mine is hex. Just place the NMTB40 tool holder in it, then tool it takes and tighten. Was not expensive at all - maybe 30 CAD with shipping? Few years ago.

You can easily make one, if you have steel - just cut the 40 taper into a block and add a stop so it does not rotate.

I use mine once in a while - they come in handy.
