Ordered this on the 19th of September. Arrived today. Sometimes things go really quickly. Other times not so much.

BTW, the "Drill Force" reamers aren't the best by any means. I think the sharpening job could be cleaner. But this one with shipping was $10.65.

15mm machine reamer?
Hand reamer I believe. Has a square end and a taper at the start. So not good for non-through holes.
I've used them on the lathe by using the center in the tailstock on the hole in the end, a crescent wrench on the flats and lathe turning very slowly.
Here's a photo of the one that just arrived. Maybe that will help?

The hole finish is no worse than with a boring tool.

Look like standard ali stuff - you got lucky on speed there!
Lately most of my Ali purchases seem to be coming more quickly than a few years ago. They seem to be shipping from China to a service in Canada (via Air Cargo container??) where the items are combined, re-packaged and sent out via CanadaPost. Nowadays I often get a plastic bag with items from several Ali sellers inside.
I've also gotten a couple of 'Full refund with no item return' results from disputes about bad quality items, so it's not completely hopeless if things 'go wrong'.
Still, it's a case of 'Don't gamble more than you can afford to lose" for me. a.k.a. "Don't sweat the small stuff". :)

Re: 15mm reamer. I hadn't done much work with metric sizing and fasteners until this year. It's been a pleasant surprise to find reasonable quality stuff at inexpensive prices from Ali (and occasionally Banggood), but pretty much only in metric sizing as far as I've been able to see. I have a bunch of Ali reamers and they seem to be OK for the rough sort of work I do as a beginner. I'm too cheap to buy $$ 'inch' reamers, so it looks like metric is the economical way to go, if that's an option.
