This reminds me of a myford lathe... but I can't place it. lathe is missing head stock and is pretty rusted but I think they guy could sell some of this for parts if he identified the make and model...
Myford clone maybe?
The half-nut lever on the left of the carriage handwheel is classic Myford.
The thing that is odd is the flat front of the apron characteristic of a Super 7 vs the recessed front on an ML7
The Super 7 had a flat front apron but from 1974 onward had power cross feed which was activated by pulling a button under the cross slide handle.
Also the T-slots on the cross slide are in the X direction vs the Z on a Myford.
