Tips/Techniques Looking for easy removable thread locker

My airgun projects often need disassembling, and especially one 1/2"x2" fully threaded SS tube that connects two - steel and aluminum pipe parts - on each end, makes me problems. Usually when I unscrew one side pipe (aluminum) that SS threaded tube ends inside the wrong part (inside aluminum...

Tool Where can I get metric tapered endmills?

In GTA or close proximity to L4G7X4. I need 1 degree angle on flute, 5mm and 6mm on tip, flute length at least 20mm but longer is better? I tried the common machine shop supplies (KBC for example), most of them have 1 deg and tip 3/16" (too small) and 1/4" (too large). I need to fix these...

Looking for a precision lathe help in GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

I am looking to meat in Greater Toronto Area, but prefer North of 407. I am @ L4G7X4. I have a design for couple high-precision parts (really small can hold with two fingers). I need prototype tools for (airgun) pellets testing. I have several generic machine shops around me, but until I explain...

Mini metalworking lathe - I could have a good use ocasionally

I have many hobbies and I am moding tweaking changing these all the time. And btw all these my toys are in metric. I got really tired of running to friends machines shops (across Toronto to West end) and they got also tired of me :) I believe. I have a mini mill for a decade also a nice 3d...

    Hello from Aurora

I've been in metal fabrications since '82, have seen places and processes good and bad and impressive. Semi-retired this year from new products development = CAD engineering, with lot of hobby's around my neck, trying not to get bored and so far no complains. Entered to this Forum just to say HI...
