    I only needed to press out some bushings on a not flat part so I had no problems. But other people have mentioned the compression issue. I looked into it as as best I could figure out was that these magnets could handle 1100 N/mm2 which is about 160,000 psi. But if you had some point or raised...

    Was at princess auto and they were selling off ice cube trays you use to make ice cubes for water bottles and it gave me an idea. $1.99 each, I think I am going to get more.

    I use 20 weight 3in1 motor oil for the spindle and all oil points for gears on my lathe and I use chain lube on the headstock gears. I got some way lube from a tool and die friend, not sure the brand but I don't think that matters. I have an atlas th54.
